Due to the fact that the Habr is highly specialized and thematic resource, don't you think that makes sense, along with the concepts of karma rating, enter something like "Institute specialists" in relation to each thematic blog. Currently I, as a reader of blogs than my main interests, is in some cases difficult to determine the qualification of the author of a topic, and set in mind a certain perspective evaluation of the written. From this point of view, "narrow is the rating of" abrowser in relation to specific thematic blog would be in my opinion very convenient.
