And now I would like to report less good news: since November, we have to reduce the prize Fund VPPP — namely, to remove from the list of prizes is a laptop. This "Apple" was so "rosdornii" that the race for the prize became more similar to the cold war, not fair competition, and the rating of the best articles headed "Exhaust" and "Humor on Habrahabr", and not "profiling" Garabage. Obviously, it's not good for us nor you. In addition, from now on change the rules PPPP: now in the competitions does not involve all the "off-topic" (blogs "Humor", "Exhaust", "Offtopic", "Sooner" and some others).
