reference guide to the best applications
This is the second part of my recommendations for apps from the Windows Store. I recommend to read first part, which was considered more than 50 applications available for installation. In the first part we have discussed the most popular applications for social networking applications provided by Microsoft, news apps, and apps for working with media.
In this part I will talk about the best in my opinion applications to work with data, help resources, different content editors and other utilities.

OneNote is without a doubt the best digital notebook for Windows 8. Cloud synchronization, support for pen input, unique to Windows 8 radial menu controls. I recommend it highly.

Bing Maps, oddly enough today the most functional cartographic client for the Windows Store. Thanks to the collaboration with Nokia Maps, the maps already have all the necessary Russian names, house numbers, traffic, routing, turn-by-turn navigation.
Analogs: Yandex.Card – first release, which can be considered a demonstration is currently available only tube and search for addresses. Waiting for updates.
Maps Pro mapping client for many systems: MapBox, Nokia, Stamen, ESRI, Bing, Nokia Mobile, Open Street Map. Many options for cards, overlays.
G Maps is an unofficial client for Google Maps.

Interpreters in the Windows Store already sea. I was not looking for much, I think Talking Translator does everything as needed. Translates the voice of the translation in different languages, has the function of the contract for a context transfer from anywhere in Windows 8: select the text, choose a miracle click “share” and get the translation.
